1. TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 2026-09-18
Which terms apply to your purchase
Strongweb LLC sells more than one product, and each product has its own terms. The checkout page you paid on links to the right set.
- Launch 24 (website build service, strongweb.net): this document, the Return Policy and the Privacy Policy. Serbian versions: Uslovi korišćenja, Politika povraćaja.
- New Ideas Hub (guided idea session and Brief, newideashub.com): the New Ideas Hub Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where those terms are silent, this document applies.
If a Stripe checkout page, receipt or invoice from Strongweb LLC brought you here, use this list to find the terms for the product you bought.
1.1 Who we areThis website (strongweb.net) and the services described on it are provided by Strongweb LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States of America.
- Registered agent / address for service: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY, USA 82801-6317
- Registration number (WY Secretary of State filing ID): 2023-001252306
- Contact: hello@strongweb.net · phone: +1 307-776-4674 (written communication preferred; response within 2 business days)
In these Terms of Service, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Strongweb LLC. "You" and "user" refer to any person accessing the site or using our service.
1.2 Acceptance of terms
By accessing strongweb.net or using any of our services (including Launch 24), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the site or our services.
Purchases of the Launch 24 service are additionally governed by the special terms in Part 2 of this document, which prevail over the general terms in case of inconsistency.
1.3 Who may use our service
We offer Launch 24 both to natural persons contracting it for personal, non-commercial purposes (consumers) and to sole traders and companies contracting it for their business activity. The service may be used by anyone of legal age and legal capacity under the law of their country of residence.
The cancellation and refund policy in Part 4 and the complaints process in Part 5 apply to every buyer of the Launch 24 service as our commercial policy, whether you act as a consumer or as a business entity. Some rights referred to in Parts 4 and 5 are statutory consumer rights that, under applicable law, belong only to natural persons purchasing outside their trade or profession; those apply to consumers only.
1.4 Intellectual property
The content of strongweb.net (text, design, graphics, logos, code) is owned by Strongweb LLC or used under license, unless otherwise noted, and is protected by copyright and related-rights law. Content we create for you as part of the Launch 24 service becomes your property under the terms described in section 2.8.
1.5 Limitation of liability
We provide the service in good faith and with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee it will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site or service, nor for damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. unavailability of third-party services — the domain registry, Google, our payment processor).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including any mandatory consumer-protection liability that applies to you under the law of your own country of residence, to the extent such law applies and cannot be excluded by agreement.
1.6 Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and the contract for the Launch 24 service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA (the state where Strongweb LLC is organized), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence. If the law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement — including, where applicable, the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your own country of residence — those rights are preserved and prevail over this section to the extent they are mandatorily applicable.
Subject to the paragraph above, any dispute arising from this contract that cannot be resolved informally (see the complaints process in Part 5) may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA.
1.7 Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. For contracts already concluded (including active Launch 24 orders), the terms in force at the time of payment apply.
2. LAUNCH 24 — SPECIAL TERMS
This section governs the purchase and delivery of Launch 24, a complete digital business infrastructure build delivered within 24 hours of effective work, provided by Strongweb LLC on a done-for-you basis.
2.1 Merchant
Strongweb LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY, USA 82801-6317. Registration number (WY Secretary of State filing ID): 2023-001252306. Contact for all Launch 24 questions: hello@strongweb.net · phone: +1 307-776-4674 (written communication preferred; response within 2 business days).
2.2 Service description
Launch 24 includes exactly the following eight items:
- A mini brand kit (logo lockup, color palette, typography) — from the Strongweb design system, matched to your business archetype.
- A five-section website (WordPress), mobile-optimized and built for speed, with written copy.
- Copy for all site sections, based on your questionnaire answers and chosen tone.
- SEO foundations + Google Analytics + Google Search Console — connected and verified.
- A contact/booking form and an email list with 2–3 prepared welcome messages.
- A Google Business Profile — if you are eligible under Google's rules (you meet clients in person); if you operate purely online, you instead receive a polished, optimized profile on one social network where your audience is (LinkedIn or Instagram), linked to your site.
- A domain (purchased in your name), hosting, legal pages, and cookie consent setup.
- A first-30-days activity plan, tailored to your type of business.
Not included in the price under section 2.4 (available as a separate, additionally priced module): an online store with on-site checkout, migration of an existing site, a full branding process with a logo built from scratch, running ad campaigns, blog writing, additional site languages, legal and accounting advice (for the latter we can recommend a partner, but this is not our service).
Anything not listed in the eight items above is new, separately quoted work — no exceptions.
2.3 How the 24-hour clock works
The 24-hour clock of effective work starts once all three of the following are met:
- payment of the price under section 2.4 has been completed in full;
- the intake questionnaire has been completed in full, including clarification of any open points through at most one round of follow-up questions;
- you have confirmed, in writing, the five-point summary (offer, target audience, tone, visual direction, primary call to action).
We notify you in writing of the exact start time.
Outside the 24-hour clock are matters neither we nor you control: domain activation/propagation at the registry (up to 48 hours), Google Business Profile verification (which you complete, guided by us step by step), and the time you need to respond to our questions.
If we miss the deadline we communicated to you, the first month of the care plan is free, regardless of whether you had otherwise ordered it.
2.4 Price
- Founding price: $1,499
- Regular price (after the founding period ends): $1,799
- Care plan, optional, after launch: $99 per month, no contractual commitment — cancel anytime.
The price is charged as one full, up-front payment. There is no deposit model and no installment plan. The price is final.
Taxes and duties: As a US entity, Strongweb LLC does not add value-added tax (VAT) at checkout. The price shown is final in USD. Depending on your country of residence, you may be responsible for local sales tax, VAT, GST, customs duties, or other import charges applicable to services purchased from a foreign seller; where such charges apply, they are your responsibility unless we are legally required to collect them from you at checkout.
2.5 Revisions
You have 7 days after delivery to send us changes — all at once, as a single consolidated list. This is the one included revision round.
Included in this round: corrections to existing copy, photo replacement, refinements within the already-chosen visual direction, reordering of existing sections.
Not included: a new visual direction, new sections or pages, a change of offer or business activity, new functionality. Each of these is new work priced separately in advance.
What you confirmed in the five-point summary (section 2.3.3) is not reopened by the revision round.
2.6 Refunds
Detailed refund rules are set out on the Refund Policy page (Part 3, Refund Policy, and Part 4, Cancellation and Refund Policy), which together form an integral part of these special Launch 24 terms.
2.7 If you go quiet
If you do not respond to our questionnaire, our questions, or a request to confirm the summary:
- after 14 days without a response — the project is paused, and we send you a reminder;
- after 30 days total without a response — the project is archived.
Reactivation: within 12 months of the pause date, you may request reactivation at no extra charge — we pick up where we left off, on the same terms. After those 12 months from the pause: a refund of the remaining payment reduced by documented costs (domain, hosting, items already delivered under the table in section 4.3), OR reactivation for an update fee that we will offer you at that time. There is no fixed formula for that fee set in advance — the amount depends on the extent of changes in the meantime (e.g. pricing or process), and we always disclose it to you before it is charged.
2.8 What is yours
The domain is registered in your name (if you don't have one, we purchase it in your name — ownership is yours from day one, documented). Also yours: the WordPress installation, Google Analytics and Search Console accounts, the email list, the Cal.com account (if used), and the Google Business or social profile.
At handover you receive all access credentials plus a recorded video walkthrough. The care plan is optional, not mandatory — you may leave with everything that's yours at any time.
2.9 Communication
The entire Launch 24 delivery process is written and guided: inquiry form → questionnaire → (possibly one round of follow-up questions) → written confirmation → delivery → one consolidated revision list. There are no mandatory meetings or calls.
A live conversation is available as a separately priced option. If a genuine blocker cannot be resolved in writing, we will reach out to you, at no extra charge.
2.10 Cancellation and refunds
Your options to cancel and receive a full refund before work begins, what applies if you cancel while work is in progress, and how refund eligibility ends once the service has been fully delivered, are set out on the Refund Policy page (Part 4). Please read it carefully before paying — it also describes the consent you confirm before work begins.
5. COMPLAINTS
5.0 Conformity of the delivered service
We stand behind the Launch 24 service matching what is described in section 2.2. We do not provide a separate commercial guarantee beyond what is stated in this Part 5. If the delivered service does not match what was agreed, you have the right to request a correction — primarily within the included revision round (section 2.5) — or another resolution under this Part 5.
As a matter of our commercial policy, we ask that you report any non-conformity to us within 30 (thirty) days of delivery, so we can address it promptly. This is a courtesy timeframe for reporting and does not limit any longer period that may apply to you under the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence (section 1.6). A report made after this period is still handled under this Part 5.
If you believe the delivered Launch 24 service does not match what was contracted (section 2.2), you have the right to file a complaint.
5.1 How to file a complaint
Send your complaint in writing to hello@strongweb.net, with the subject line "Complaint — Launch 24" and the following information:
- order number / payment date;
- description of the mismatch with what was agreed (which item under section 2.2 is missing or does not match what was agreed);
- your proposed resolution (e.g. a fix within the included revision round, section 2.5).
5.2 Receipt, response deadline, and resolution
We accept complaints exclusively in writing, at hello@strongweb.net — this is the sole channel for filing complaints.
On receipt, we promptly confirm receipt of your complaint and assign it a number from our complaints register, which we use in further correspondence.
We respond to your complaint in writing within 8 (eight) days of receipt. In our response, we state whether we accept the complaint and, if so, our proposed resolution and timeframe.
We resolve a well-founded complaint no later than 15 (fifteen) days from the date it was filed.
If we reject a complaint, that same response sets out your further options under sections 5.4 and 1.6.
We record and retain complaints and our responses to them for at least 3 (three) years from the date filed.
5.3 Resolution
If the complaint is well-founded, we resolve it primarily within the included revision round (section 2.5); if that is not sufficient, we agree on an additional resolution in writing — which may include further work at no charge, a partial refund, or another solution acceptable to both parties.
5.4 Out-of-court dispute resolution
We aim to resolve complaints and disputes directly with you, in good faith, through the process in sections 5.1–5.3 above.
Nothing in this section limits your right to bring a claim in accordance with section 1.6 (including any mandatory right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence, where applicable).
