6. PRIVACY POLICY
This policy covers strongweb.net and Launch 24. New Ideas Hub (newideashub.com) has its own privacy policy: newideashub.com/privacy.
Last updated: 2026-10-04
6.1 Who processes your data
The data controller is Strongweb LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY, USA 82801-6317. For any questions about your data, write to hello@strongweb.net.
6.2 What data we collect
Site-visit data (automatic): IP address, browser type, time zone, device information, pages you visit, how you arrived at the site — via cookies, log files, and similar technologies (cookies are used with your consent, per the site's separate cookie notice).
Contact-form and inquiry data: name, email address, and any other data you voluntarily provide.
Launch 24 intake data: information about your business, offer, target audience, tone of voice, visual preferences, and other data needed to build your site and related materials — the exact scope is described in the questionnaire itself.
Payment data: processed exclusively by our payment processor Stripe (and any other processor we identify at checkout). We do not store card numbers ourselves — Stripe forwards us only a confirmation and basic transaction data (amount, status, last card digits for identifying the transaction in correspondence with you). After payment, Stripe sends you to our intake form with the checkout session identifier in the page address; the form stores it only to link your answers to your payment, and it contains no card or contact data.
Email-list data: if you subscribe or if we create an email list for you as part of the Launch 24 service (section 2.2.5), we process the email address and, where applicable, a name.
6.3 Purpose of processing
We process data to: (a) perform the Launch 24 service contract (building the site and related items under section 2.2), (b) respond to your inquiries, (c) process payments via Stripe, (d) improve the site and user experience (analytics), (e) market to you with your consent (e.g. email list), (f) meet legal obligations (e.g. bookkeeping, responding to complaints).
Legal basis for processing, by purpose: (a) contract performance — delivering the Launch 24 service; (b) contract performance / legitimate interest — responding to pre-contractual inquiries; (c) contract performance — processing payments via Stripe; (d) legitimate interest — analytics and site improvement; (e) consent — marketing (e.g. email list), which you may withdraw at any time; (f) legal obligation — bookkeeping, responding to complaints, and other statutory obligations.
6.4 Who we share data with
We share data with trusted third parties that help us provide the service:
- Stripe — payment processing;
- Google (Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads where applicable) — analytics and, where applicable, ad performance measurement;
- Meta/Facebook (Pixel, Ads) — where active on the site at the time of your visit;
- CookieYes — cookie consent management;
- Cal.com — where you use scheduling as part of the Launch 24 service;
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — automated processing of your Launch 24 intake text: we send only the "offer" and "target audience" fields to the Claude API to condense them into short points that you confirm before we begin building. We do not send your name, email, phone number, address, or social-media handles. Anthropic acts as our data processor under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that forms part of Anthropic’s commercial terms; the content is not used to train models and is, as a rule, deleted within 30 days (longer only where Anthropic’s terms require it, e.g. legal obligations). Processing takes place in the USA under appropriate transfer safeguards;
- hosting and email infrastructure providers needed to run the site and email list.
Each of these has its own privacy policy governing the processing they perform. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes beyond the above.
6.5 Data retention period
We retain data for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, per the following periods by category:
| Data category | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Transactions / proof of payment | 7 years |
Contract documentation and consent (e.g. the five-point summary confirmation, the checkbox under section 4.3, and the CONSENT_CHECKBOX.md log) |
7 years |
| Complaints and our responses | 3 years (section 5.2) |
| Intake/questionnaire data and project working materials | duration of delivery + 2 years |
| Inquiries that do not result in a contract (e.g. an eligibility-form submission without payment) | 12 months |
| Email list | until you unsubscribe |
| Analytics data (Google Analytics and similar) | per the settings of the tool used (see section 6.4) |
6.6 Your rights
To the extent applicable (depending on your jurisdiction — e.g. GDPR for EU residents, ZZP and the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection for Serbian residents), you have the right to: request access to your data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion, withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal), object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
Send requests regarding these rights to hello@strongweb.net.
6.7 Cookies
The site uses cookies with consent management (CookieYes). A detailed list of cookies and the ability to manage your consent are available through the cookie banner on your first visit to the site.
6.8 Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6.9 Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting them on this page.
