You receive the eight deliverables above and a five-section website. Anything else is separately quoted work.
When the 24h clock starts
Only after payment, intake and five-point confirmation are complete. Third-party DNS, Google Business Profile verification and email deliverability are outside the clock.
One revision round
One consolidated list within 7 days: corrections to existing work, not a new direction, sections, offer or functionality.
Refund and our deadline
Full refund before the clock starts; no refund after delivery. If we miss our deadline, the first care-plan month is free.
If you go quiet
After 14 days the project pauses; after 30 days it is archived without refund, with later reactivation possible.
You own everything
Your domain, WordPress, analytics, email list, Cal.com and Google Business Profile or social profile are in your name and handed over with documentation.
Communication is written
No mandatory calls. A call is available as a paid option; a genuine blocker can be handled as a no-cost exception.

Does 24 hours really mean 24 hours?
Yes. The clock starts only after full payment, a complete intake and five-point confirmation. Third-party DNS, Google Business Profile verification and email deliverability are outside the clock.
What exactly is included — and what is not?
You receive the eight deliverables and a five-section WordPress site. Ecommerce, migration, multilingual work, full custom branding, ad management and ongoing content production are not included.
How do revisions work?
One round is included: one consolidated list within seven days for corrections to the existing work — not a new direction, sections or functionality.
When exactly does the clock start?
When full payment, the complete intake, one resolved question batch if needed and written five-point confirmation are all complete. You receive the exact start time in writing.
Can I get an online store too?
Not inside Launch 24. An online store is a separate project that we plan independently.
What happens if I go quiet?
